Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@haeofficial.com, with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

We’ll make it right.

 

Refund

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Hae reserves the right to refuse refunds on items not returned in their original condition or that fall outside the claims window.
